Early Bird Pricing

Early Bird Pricing Period:

  • Is valid for anytime up to 5 weeks before the event
  • When paying by Credit Card, payment is processed during registration
  • When paying by Purchase Order, checks must be received by the end of the early bird period to retain Early Bird pricing.
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts.

Regular Pricing Period:

  • Is valid from 5 weeks before the event until the event date
  • When paying by Credit Card, payment is processed during registration
  • When paying by Purchase Order, checks must be received two weeks before the event or credit card payment will be required.

Cancellation Policy

Attendee Cancellations: If an attendee must cancel, the following applies:

  • A substitution for a coworker may be made
  • The attendee can be moved to any future session where there is room (attendee retains any special pricing)
  • If a complete cancellation is done up to two weeks before the event, a 100% refund is available upon request
  • If a complete cancellation is done within two weeks of the event, a 75% refund is available upon request

If DesktopAdmin.com must cancel a class, the following applies:

  • The attendee can be moved to any future session where there is room (attendee retains any special pricing)
  • A 100% refund is available upon request
